I've been tasked with organising jerseys for our little SW club. Any ideas, ideally with online design function or something?

Endura and Impsport ( http://www.impsport.com/ ) might be worth a try - I think the latter *might* be better for handling smaller quantities.

If you ask over on SingletrAction

we've had some done before, this thread will give you an idea of cost and if you ask someone will give you the details of the company we used. Be warned if your trying to please lots of folks it can get complicated.
Read the early ones and the later ones.

we've had quite a bit of kit done over the years -tried a couple of companies all mentioned above - but by far the best quality are Endura, and they have the best selection of different sizes from very small to big fat bloke.

We've had everything from short sleeved shirts, downhill jerseys to 3/4 thermal bib shorts, winter jackets and my favourite the gillets. You need a minimum order of 15 items per go, but that can be made up as a combo of shirts shorts jackets etc.

Customer service from them has always been top notch.

I don't know if its a bit far for you but I had the race jerseys done for my team at www.devontees.com and they were great! Based in Ermington in Devon - all I had the do was provide a .jpg of what I wanted on the jersey.

Our club has the Endura ones and they are very good tops and do a variety of styles too, we have summer, winter, DH shirts and gilets all done by them and all have been spot on.

Once they have done your designs I beleive reorders are cheaper too. our regular short sleeve summer MTB tops worked out around £46 each.

Well, if the quantity is small, maybe stick with a local supplier.

Or, if you can afford the wait (6 weeks turn around), and or it's larger then let me know, as I work for a Chinese Cycling sports wear manufacture.

Think we're gonna go with Champion Systems. You only need to order a minimum of 10 jerseys and they're a good price. They also supply my mate's club (Yogi, Plymouth) and he reckons the quality is excellent.

I'm just having to convince my mates that two-tone blue argyle is the way forward (one has already said he thinks it'll make him look like a jockey).

fontmoss - have you had problems with Impsport?

One thing in impsports favour is that once your kit is designed they have an online 'clubshop' where individuals can order small quantities of kit.

Having said that, I am looking around for the future - just need someone who would be happy doing smaller runs 🙁
