You will probably have to buy from the states which shouldn't be a problem,

Failing that get on the Burnerworld forum and put on a wanted ad,there is a guy on there who was regularly importing some Cheng shin Comp II's for other guys.
What you building ,I have a restored Raleigh Burner hung up in my garage .Its a expensive past time.
