The guy selling Whytes says the 2017 T129RS will be out in 6-7 weeks. Anyone when know when the other manu launch their next year's bikes? (specifically Specialized).

I don't think there's a fixed time of year. Might be worth contacting Spesh directly if there's a model you're keen on?

I have asked the local dealer - he's to get back to me. I've found the bike i want but they are geting an XL shipped over to try for size - think it'll fit OK but i hate the fluroendurocolorway. I could wait a month or so if next years colours are less 'look at me'

Good chance they won't tell you as it can affect sales for in year kit. Whyte, on the other hand, will be desperate to let you know as they already have so little stock of this years stuff available

Talked to a guy at Banjo Cycles in Newbury, 3 weeks ago he told me that the new Whyte bikes would be out in 9 weeks. Also said that he had bought all the stock.

I like what Whyte are doing with the G-160 in the 2017 model - Small gets a 125 reverb, Medium a 150 and Large a 170, with no big daft seatmast to get in the way.

Makes lots of sense.

some of the big brands, Giant for example, are sold out of popular size/models in their 2016 ones already, suggesting the 2017 ones are not far away now.
