I'm trying to build up a set of wheels using Mavic XM719 rims and XT disc hubs (HB M756L & FH M756) CRC sent me 2 packs of spokes (254 & 256mm) but these look to be a bit long, I've got some spokes well proud of the rim.
Can some kind soul please confirm if these are the correct lengths ?

if it's just some, you've probably got a lacing problem
