I didn't think much to crosstrax in Adel. Took my wheel in to be trued, came back 4 days later, paid, walked to car then realised they hadn't actually done it. Missed a weekend of riding.

When they did do it the following week (not the next day or that afternoon as you might expect) it wasn't completely right.

I'll be going back to Moonglu in Ripon near my parents in future - they're excellent.

Can I ask if you would email me with a bit of detail of what happened.
If I can do anything to make up for it then I will, if not, I'd really appreciate your comments to make sure it dosent happen to someone else
