my nirvana cycles ones lasted a lot of years, but they may have changed builder since then.. simon knows his apples

The guys at Brixton Cycles used to have a good reputation - I haven't been there in a few years though.

Cycleworks are excellent - best I've ever been to (Guildford branch, don't know if it's the same wheelbuilder in Leatherhead and Haslemere)

Am still running well on some 717s Nirvana built in 2004.
