Plus football and a night ride interspersed through the week.
Work shifts so no routine
I have 4 routines,1 for each shift pattern..........
Eat, sleep, rave, repeat
Or in the real world shower if riding home, dinner, make lunch for next day, get either cycling or gym kit ready for next day. Hang with ma homies
I don't sleep, I might miss the opportunity to make a dream become a reality.
I work 24 hours a day.
Get home
Despise children
reluctantly force down whatever slop is put in front of me
Drink bottle of gin
stare hatefully at the wife
another bottle of gin
contemplate the bleak desert of my soulless existence
Morris dancing club
Cry
Smash furniture
Bed
Get home
Feed mini-me
Bath mini-me
Have a snack (eat a big lunch most days)
Watch tele
Go to bed.
Or
Get home
Put riding gear on
Go for a ride
Get in - possibly wash bike
Have shower
Go to bed
Leave work at 5pm (ish)
Get in car and sit in a traffic jam
Get home, crash on sofa for 30mins and eat roasted peanunts watching the news / anything else thats on
Find the motivation to cook tea or re heat last nights
Watch Netflix and eat tea
Maybe do the washing up depending how tired I feel
OR
Leave work and go to the gym / swimming
Get home and feast. Feel good and go to bed.
Going for a nightride tomorrow which will be a nice change
5-7:30ish either walk the dog or ride with the dog 7:30-8 cook and housey jobs like washing up 8-10pm watch telly and generally chill out 10pm bedtime!
