I'd be hard pushed to choose one really.

I love my SS for being really quick and nimble through the local singletrack
[img] [/img]

I love my road bike for feeling fast and light even though I no longer am
[img] [/img]

I love my cross bike for dealing with things that the skinny tyres and position would suggest it shouldn't
[img] [/img]

I love my 29er for the way it smooths out the less bumpy trails while not handling like a barge.
[img] [/img]

And I love my very old Kona for still riding well enough to race on this summer when I broke my full susser just before the Bristol Bikefest. Plus for all the memories and experiences I've had on it over 15 years of riding.
[img] [/img]

Hell, I even really quite like my full sus SS just for riding much better than it should do and better than it looks ๐Ÿ™‚

Er... I believe the idea was to post your favourite bike, not all your bikes ๐Ÿ™‚

Whichever one I'm on at the time.

Got to be my scandal, light and responsive, good for 12 hour races, 24 hour races, full speed hoons around singletrack and days out in the hills plus the choice to run SS or geared without any doofers.

Like Khani, for smiles per mile, my 5 year old 5spot has it for fondness at present. That said, the ti 456 is seeing all my riding at the moment, and probably for the forseeable.

5spot - I never seemed to get pictures of me riding it.

That'll be the lack of hotel food and pints during the week, since I've been sans job.

I'm a stone lighter than the bad old days. ๐Ÿ™‚

No way! My mate has just picked a raleigh lizard up for taking his daughter out in a bike seat as it won't work on his meta. Classic lol. Will let him know he's not alone!

Yeah, I want one if I ever get a local job. Wonder if it's possible to spec up the forks for some boxxers??? Imagine that flying past you on the trail ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ah the Lizard in all its glory. Was there any difference between the Lizard, the Amazon, or the Alaska other than different paint jobs.
Some lucky thieving chump is enjoying my white-rim wheeled Alaska in Norwich.

I don't have any pictures of it to post but it has to be my Thorn Sherpa tourer. Its the most reliable and no nonsense bike I've ever owned and it will do everything, even off road.

It has had four years of hard use with no real problems although the wheels are now pretty much knackered.

Favourite, is that the one you ride the most or the one you smile the most on?
My smiliest bike is the one I ride the least and the one I use most is a SS road commuter.

Which ever i'm on is the best answer I guess.

The one that started it all, a 1990 Marin Muirwoods with snowflake laced rear wheel on a mavic rim (that needed truing every week) and Profile cow horn bar ends. Got stolen 10 years later.

My mate has just picked a raleigh lizard up

And that's not easy as it weighs around the same as a small car. My wife had on once and I don't think the frames made of tubes more like solid bars.

Full 853 Curtis custom built, had it for 2 years and just love it, currently back with Curtis for Pacenti adjustable disc tabs brazed on and then a nice new spray job.
Picture is quite old now as has Salsa pro-moto bars and it's even nicer to ride now.
Looking forward to it's new stable mate next year, but thats still in design process atm.

Here's mine. The 5 spot now has stans 355 tubeless and tech 2 brakes on it. And stealthy black decals!
[IMG] [/IMG]

The Rock Lobster is now Singlespeed and has carbon FSA cranks.
