What's up with my steering?

Anthem 2018 27.5 with a 67.4 head angle.
It's my summer bike and not one that's ridden regularly so I never really acclimatise to it.
You know how if your back tyre is flat your steering goes all flip floppy.
All my other bikes are 10 years old is that just how " modern" bikes are?
My 2012 29 anthem which is designed for a 100 mm fork happily runs a 120mm.
It's more noticeable this year than last, when it bothered me for 5 minutes then I got used to it.
The only major change this year is that rather than run boost spacers I bought the proper adaptors and had the wheel dished. It looks straight in the frame and the wheel builder sent me a video of it spinning true in his stand.
The forks have got as much sag as possible.
Any ideas?
If it is due to the head angle would an angle headset fitted " back to front" sort me out?

Check your tyre and suspension pressures are ok. You should get used to it, especially off-road. I've been riding v slack bikes for ages but they still felt weird after a fortnight away riding Dutch bikes!

odd offset fork could cause this kinda thing. Be surprising on a relatively steep head angle though

Thats not very slack so you shouldn't be getting floppy steering from the head angle. Are you sure you havent got too much sag? Seat too far back? Bike too small / post too high?

last time my bike felt like that, the rear spokes had all de-tensioned after fitting a new tire tubeless. worth a check.

But yes, I find going to my slackest bike (62 head angle - slaaaaaack) I have to remember that steering actually does bugger all, I have to lean/tip the bike instead. Then it all clicks again.
