Seriously, if the spokes are tight enough you won't need anything, and if the wheel does need retensioning you'd be stuffed. You can get nylock nipples from DT if you really want...

Soak nipples in linseed oil before building

Lubes them during build and sets semi solid to act lke threadlock

Me - i soak em in light oil.

DT sell loctite for this purpose, I agree with Ben tho.

I imagine you're thinking of Spoke Freeze? I've used it, the while point is that it's not a particularly strong thread lock.

If you are hammering downhill and are a total FB then you could loosen your nipple nuts.

In that case loctite blue can help.

I bought a pair of superstar AM wheels and couldn't keep them tight so used loctite and not had a problem since.
