Don't carry my phone with me all the time so can't use that
Doesn't even need to be something I wear on my wrist
Long battery life and simple connectivity to an app please
Probably get a clip on pedometer for a quid then just add your steps to the app manually
Loads of cheap smart fitness band style gadgets which will link to a smartphone. Can get them from between £5-10 posted from Chinese websites (do some research to see if they are actually any good of course!)
garmin vivofit claims a 1 year battery life. there's probably simpler options though
Phone app like Pacer.
Some cheap Chinese sports watch.
Or granny compatible carry one....
A few years back my old company have us basic pedometers so we could track our shame. Just a little black rectangle on a lanyard with an LCD screen and a reset button.
I can't imagine such a thing would cost more than a tenner. So try typing "pedometer" into Google...
What is this "Google" you talk of, sounds like some sort of witchcraft.
I did type in Pedometer and instantly saw a range of pedometer that suited my requirement with the cheapest at £3.86.
Mark 1 eyeball ?
Withings used to do these neat little smart pedometers you'd clip to your belt instead. Wife and I had them, battery lasted ages, simple sync into the Withings app then on into Apple Health or whatever. Might be able to find one secondhand.
