Warren Boulder trail at Stainburn near Otley in West Yorkshire was designed to be the most technical xc in England, plenty of vids on youtube. It's certainly a tester.

Any trail ridden faster than you feel comfortable would fit the bill?

Stainburn is technical, but a bit dull IMO
