When you have selected free first class delivery, what's the longest is has taken to arrive? I have recently moved to Portsmouth and I ordered a new derailleur on Friday afternoon and it was dispatched the same day so I was expecting it to arrive saturday or monday. I know I haven't waited that long but I am impatient and am starting to wonder where it might have got to.

3 days tops normally. Though the dispatched email from CRC is usually the next day. I find its the post that is the slowest factor. Always a wind up when looking forward to goodies arriving. Go and polish your spanners in anticipation. 🙂

About nine days for me. I nearly always pay for next day delivery now after some very slow orders.

I ordered some knee pads from CRC on 13th August, and they're currently expected in stock 4th October. But thats beaten by a cassette removal tool I ordered from Wiggle in June, and they expect back in stock sometime in November!
How long does it take a factory to make this stuff for crying out loud!!
Sorry - I know the original post was about delivery times, not re-stocking, but it gave me an opportunity to vent my frustration....

i am currently suffering the same problem as well. i also need to get a new derailleur hanger but crc won't have them until some time in october. i am trying to find one elsewhere but none seem to be exactly the same as to what i need. also why is a derailleur hanger £17! must cost about 50p to produce.

Two and a half weeks from ordering an instock item, then chased them, then two of them arrived a few days later, not sure if it was CRC or the PO.
