Don't hear much about Goodridge recently, seem to recently have very bad reviews on CRC.
Fibrax any good?
Jagwire?

I've recently fitted Jagwire cables to my 'cross bike - nice kit (and in numerous colours too).

SP41 is where it's at for the gears.
Never really thought my Shimano hose was doing anything but a good service.
