I need a new bike, and since dropping a few pounds and cycling more, it's time to upgrade the 15 year old Kona.
First option was the Vitus Sentier, seems to be getting good reviews and i'm not cycling enough just yet to splash out of a full sus. But the last "good bike" I had was my Zaskar 20 years ago, and I did get a kick from building one.
I know for a while it was On Ones, but they seem to have packed up shop a bit these days, and I don't want second hand, I want to go shiny. So, what are people buying these days?
Now Brant's back it will be On One again. There's a list on here somewhere of a whole load of stuff due to come out.

Ragley. All the way.
I have more fun on my 2017 mmmbop, than on my all singing and dancing Carbon Santa Cruz 5010. And they are very fun bikes.
Whatever you do KEEP THE KONA! They have a certain character lacking in many bikes. I've got 2 over 20 years old, and my main MTB is over 10 years old, and they all make me smile due to their specific quirks whenever I ride them.
