I did a downhill at Afan the other day and when i got to the bottom, my front brakes were vastly different? Where as before after a few CM's of travel the brake worked very well, but now Im pulling the level almost back to the handle bar, and then ,its nowhere near as effective.
What can cause this, what can i do resolve the problem?

air in the system. Give them a bleed all will be fine.
