I removed the pads from my helmet to give them a wash..... Never been washed in the three years of having the helmet.
But half of the velcro dots came with pads and they won't stick back in the helmet.
What's the best glue or sticky stuff to put them back in without damaging the helmet material.

I just used new sticky Velcro pads cut to size.
Make sure you give the inside of the helmet a good clean first otherwise nothing will stick.
