As above - my relatives are clearing their shed out and I found 2x very nice condition folding Kingpins - 3 speed Sturmey Archer - dynamos etc... I am doing them up with new tyres etc and I was wondering what these might be worth

Probably less than you spent on the tyres.

I'll pay something for them, my parents have a canal boat and its not doing their backs any favours lifting a 40lb raleigh on and off the roof at every low bridge!
