Need a tight and dependable back tyre with tough side walls - 2.3-2.4
I have Schwalbe Hans Dampf on my ZTR Flows and have had no issues, very tight fit
I've recently converted to a Specialized Purgatory (29er 2.35). Easy enough to mount but seems very secure on the bead. Medium weight so tough-ish sidewalls but with a softer outer covering at the bead which seals instantly (they will bead and stay up for quite a while with just a track pump and no sealant).
Schwalbe hd and NN work for me on arch ex 29"
+1 hans dampf - tubeless ready version
Anyone use fat albert tlr?
Another one for Hans Dampf here.
Just bought some Super Gravity's for Alps duties too...
Never had a problem with any tyre I've mounted onto Stans rims - but Ardent 2.35 currently on a Crest.
