Going on a holiday there soon...
Smug ones.
Well yes that is true but after some advice too! ๐
It depends where in California you'll riding? It's a big place with loads of different terrain, I got on very well all round on Nobby Nics when I was there at the end of last year and the year before.....
this is a troll right?
No Al I really am going there in September.
We will be riding in in the Mendocino area which is to the north of San Fransisco.
I am going on the tyres are on, one of my friends is buying new ones any so wants to know what to go for.
Just north of San Francisco is quite loose and dry in September (I was there at that time too), so I would certainly go for a Racing Ralph or Small Block 8 on the rear. Seemed to be a popular choice for those riding that area.
IIRC Mendocino isn't especially dry or muddy. It seemed odd to ask about tyre for a state bigger than the UK.
I think the UK is about 50% larger then California.
actually it's closer to 100% ๐
Oh yeah, I think I was thinking of Florida lol ๐
I think California is bigger than the UK by some margin, nearly twice the size if I recall correctly.

Marin County, Cali
Can't get to Mendo without getting pretty close to where I am. Will you be stopping by?
Rubber queens for California, small block 8's for Ohio.
MBA magazine really rate DTC 2.35" Nevegals and SB8s.
Possible they never get them wet.....
Schwalbe are lagging behind in their world tyre conquest bid.
