[Closed] What Temp Trail/AM Frame to Buy?

Looking for opinions here.

I might need to send my Liteville 301 in for inspection to Germany and it means I'd need something to stand for it for some time.

Mainly looking at S/H market since the frame will probably be for sale after LV is back.

So, ideally it needs to accept Marzocchi 55 @ 150 mm, have rear thru axle, and be pedalable too.

Currently thinking of NP Mega, Mondraker Foxy (if I get hold of the thru-axle version), maybe Mondraker Dune.

Any other options I'm missing out there? The thru axle requirement puts many good frames out of consideration and closes a big chunk of S/H market, but the more interesting it becomes 🙂

Any advice (and if you have anything to offer too!!) is welcome.

Thanks!

I got a Saracen Ariel 140X for £350 off of EBay. I run it with Lyriks usually set at 150mm. It came with 3 sets of dropouts so you can run anything you like at the back and I took 3 1/2 minutes off my PR round Cathkin Braes last night, although admittedly that's coming from a pretty low baseline.

Why not use a 10mm qr? That would widen your choices.

Because I use a set of Crossmax SX and sourcing QR adaptors I don't have may be a pain in the a..e.

Though I still consider it but not 100% sure.

What size are you after?

I've a medium Pitch which I'm looking to swap to a large. Hardly used, shock was custom tuned by LOCO for rocky stuff and a 90kg rider.

If anyone's got a large/19" tuner 6-pack, enduro, pitch, ariel, or other frame dsigned arround 160mm Lyrics, in similar condition, let me know.
