What do you get for your money when it comes to suspension forks? I've been looking at a set of 140mm forks to fit on a new Cotic Soul 27.5 (650b wheels). Having turned my attention to forks I cannot understand the differences between the RockshoxSektor Gold, Revelation RCT3 or Pike RCT3 except a significantly lighter wallet!

Any advice gratefully received, likewise any recommendations?

I'm in the same boat here- help appreciated on some forks for the 650b soul..

I've been looking at the x fusion sweep but cant find 140mms, the pikes but they are so expensive or fox 34's 140mm but again like finding hens teeth!

Might just end up going for the revs and accepting their a little more flexy...

BTW Pikes are 35mm and rev's/setkors are 32mm so less substantial.

I've got some 140 rct3 solo air Rev's on my PYGA and have to say I'm really impressed with them. Personally don't find them particularly flexy. I find them to be very stable under braking and I would say feel quite linear and will use all the travel without ever bottoming out or feeling under damped or overwhelmed come to that and whilst I'm not gnarr in any sense, they've coped with Alps abuse with aplomb. Dead easy to set up too.

X fusion's slants normally come at 160 and have to be adjusted down using the ita ladder and pin system. If you speak to j tech they will do it for you if you buy through them. I'm going for xfusion slants for a 26" soul

Soul frame is geared towards 120. You won't need more than that really...unless you plan to hurtle yourself down some steep trails.
