Currently looking at fork options for a 2017 Segment frame, it's supposed to be 120mm as standard, but I guess there'll be no major issues with going up to 140mm? No sky high BB issues?

I had a 120mm pike on that process 111 Andy, it was brilliant and I honestly never wanted for more travel at the front. So that's what I'd suggest.

Was initially looking for a second hand pike, but the boost 29 ones seem to still be too new to have reached the second hand market, and I also noticed that similar money gets you a new Xfusion HLR jobbie...

Good shout, I think you can adjust the travel without changing the air shaft on those too.
