Whatever the frame manufacturer specifies? It doesn't really have much to do with the seatpost size, even if there might be one that is more common than others.
What's the frame?

I checked their website but they don't say. Good point. I forgot about the wall thickness of the tubes. FAIL!

34.9mm based on google, but there must be someone else here who can confirm.

I would also say a 34.9 having had a bike with a 30.9 seatpost before 🙂 But don't have one 🙂
