As above rleally...getting new wheelset for new 27.5 + frame and want to be able to run plus tyres and normal lighter tyres. What rim will work for 2inch up to 3inch?

I've got Supra 35's on 2 of my bikes work well for owt from 2.3" to 3". Not sure I'd go below 2.3 on them though.

As above. That's a really wide range (and bear in mind the impact on BB height too. I'd recommend two sets of wheels; something 650x40mm and a 29er set around 25mm.

DT 481s probably a good compromise for stnadard and 2.8"
