I'm 3 for 3 at the moment ๐Ÿ˜€ for the first time in a while. Also at the point where there is nothing I feel I need to change on any bike, but as I haven't quite sorted out storage for 2 of them at my current house, I only have access to one ๐Ÿ™

75% - rhe Rockhopper needs the new wheel fitting.

Apart from that, all is good.

MTB fine, BMX, well, it's a BMX innit?

Just about to go out on the roadie for the first proper big roadie ride in ages.
It's going to hurt ๐Ÿ˜€

I have several half-built frames. Do they count?

If they don't, 3/3.

4, if you include the misses's.

a) Love your seating area
b) 93.7% of 1 bike (now) - at LBS getting BB serviced which accounts of 6%, and some shiny Hope bits* added which will fix the .3%

*How much are their jockey wheels???

I've got 5/8 working at the moment (counting the whole family here), but I've only just taken the shock off the full suss this evening. Need a couple of new bolts and it's good as new

5 out of 5. I work for a bike company and have access to a full equipped workshop so I have no excuses for them not to be.

For once, 4 of 4 can be ridden without having to borrow parts from each other.

is that working order, or good working order

either way im in the 90% region out of three

even better out of four, if i include the missus

lets just ignore the other bikes in the shed, they are not mine to sell.

I hate to have to be the one to point it out, but judging from the photograph posted, at least 50% of the OPs bikes are in fact, wrought iron garden chairs..

by that reckoning I estimate that getting on for about 83% of my steeds are in a useable condition

In the last week or two I've rebuilt pedals, serviced forks, changed BB bearings, adjusted headsets, changed rear end bushings, loctited bolts, replaced broken chainguide bits, serviced a freehub, bled brakes and replaced a bent saddle.

Was sure I was finished, but now I need to do frame bearings.

It never ends, does it?

6/6

OK, I'll admit to slight derailler setup issues on the Tracer, and I need to re-tune the suspension to cope with the silly speeds and flat landings I'm hitting.

Is that like a where's wally picture Harry? I can only see two.

Me?
Hmmm, not all for sure
CX Bike - yes
Road bike - yes
SS MTB - yes
Touring bike - Yes
Cruiser - No
SS CX - No
Geared MTB - No
Hybrid - No

So 50/50 split I'm afraid but to be fair the SS CX only needs some brakes and the cruiser is fine, it's just in bits.

4 out of 4 for mine, 2 out of 2 for other garage dwellers (boy 1 and wife ) and 2 out of 2 for the one lent to boy 2 and his girlfriend in London. Hmm I seem to have 8 bikes.....

About 40%, but 2 "only" need flats fixing.
There's the one which spewed me off a week ago, and a couple of wrecks in a friends garage. Do those still count as bikes?

Mine: all of them.
Kids: BMX needs new brake spring after Son1 fancied "Brakeless" and snapped the spring. KMX needs a new rear derailleur - which is on the list.

bike 1 - forks u.s.
bike 2 - showing signs of stanchion wear - rear wheel needs new bearings ( again - pesky cheapo bearings!)80
bike 3 - new brake pads ,maybe new cables & a fettle on the front mech
required
Not sure how to equate all that as a percentage though? ๐Ÿ™‚

All the important ones are working.

Full Sus - tick
Ti Hardtail - tick
Road - tick
Retro HT - tick
Pub bike - puncture
Singlespeed - not built

so 4/6

The Voltage is in such good condition I'm scared to use it because it can only deteriorate ๐Ÿ™‚

The Ramones is 100% operational but not so highly tuned

The Rize works but is starting to feel a bit meh - typical tired trail bike

The Big Sur is similarly baggy I hardly use it these days

The Proflex is 100% functional but then again there isn't much to function

I'm massively OCD when it comes to faulty anything on my bikes and it won't stop nagging me until whatever it is that needs to be fixed, is fixed. Nothing is ever 100% but I'd feel confident taking any of my three bikes on an all day epic.

However, my XC bike has a slightly frayed gear cable near the rear mech.
