I already have a decent eVent jacket for proper wet weather, but could do with a new lightweight to stick in a back pocket as a just in case (in particular for road bike use). Are the new Endura ones (Pakajak or something similar) any good?

I've got the Pocket Rocket which is light weight, properly waterproof and packs up to the size of a mouse's testicle.

i've had an endura helium for about 8 months now. good mix of waterproofness and breathability.

it has been through the wash about 20-30 times and the waterproof membrane over the stretch panels hasn't ripped yet.

no snags after plenty of brambles etc.

roadie cut slightly longer arms etc but not ridiculous.

the zip is offset to stop zip rub on your neck too. in short quite impressed.
