Hiya chaps
Putting together an Inbred SS and was wondering whether to fit my usual 175mm cranks, or go for something shorter and spinnier?
All my gearless experience ahs been road-fixed on which I have shorter cranks to aid high rpm downhill, but will I ever actually need to spin that fast on the inbred offroad?
I've got 175s and 170s in the box of bits...

Depends on your gear. If its a higher gear, 175. If its a lower, spinning gear, 170.

I use 180mm, on 32:16 I wanted as much leverage I could get. Whatever length crank, pedalling downhill on a singlespeed is crap ๐
If you have both try them and figure out personal preference?
