I use an uncut 650mm and find my most comfortable riding hans position is when they are over hanging the bar ends
You can get bars up to 800mm wide now, maybe even more these days.
dont know the widest but Bontranger big earls are very wide- look them up!

Not 'the' widest but ive been very pleased with my Spank Spike 777s. Very impressed with the quality of finish weight and stiffness, which almost makes up for the lame name.
