I entered 10 Under the Ben back in February. Obviously the date has been and gone but I've had no communication from No Fuss, I've emailed them twice with no response and I'm wondering what's happened to my money. There aren't any angry comments on their Facebook page so this can't have happened to everyone.

Has anyone heard from them? What's the deal, is my entry transferred to next year? Are they offering refunds? I'd rather transfer my entry so they have a bit of money to keep them going.

I saw that but never got the email - and No Fuss aren't replying to my email to send it to me! If someone could post up the wording of it that'd be great.

I got an email saying the entries had been moved to next year or I could change them to a different event on their calendar.

So, as far as I know, by doing nothing, we have an entry for 10 Under next year.

This was the message from the 19th. I was entered in Macavalanche but I assume the same message was sent to everyone.

While these are tough times for many around the world, for individuals as well as businesses and industries, one thing that always inspires us is how people come together in times of need.

We always find that especially true in our industry. Here at No Fuss Events/Scottish Enduro Series we are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 around the world, and we are working with all of our stakeholders and partners in this rapidly changing landscape. While different countries and areas are at various stages of impact, we are still not clear what stage we are at in Scotland.

Today we have had an emergency meeting and in the light of the fast moving Coronavirus pandemic we have made the very difficult decision to postpone/suspend our events. The last 24 hours has seen a real escalation in the situation. It was felt that the next few weeks will see this only escalate further. This has left us with little choice but to postpone/suspend. While all our work is focused on hosting our calendar of events we must prioritise the health and well being of participants and their families, as well as the army of helpers and volunteers needed for our events. With some limitations on gatherings already being implemented it was felt the only responsible decision was to postpone 10 under the Ben and Macavalanche.

At the moment we can offer two options:

1. Transfer to the rescheduled 2020/21 event date (Date to be confirmed)

2. A voucher to be used in 2020/21 for any No Fuss/Scottish Enduro Series event.

If you would like to transfer to the rescheduled event then you need do nothing - your entry will be automatically moved across.

Please make your selection by the end of Monday 30th March. Vouchers will be processed for you in April.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by taking these decisions today we do however have to suspend our events calendar for the moment, we have taken the decision rather than get involved in a clammer for dates and sensational headlines and social media posts, we are going to baton down the hatches and try and survive through this inevitably very difficult period for everyone.

We have a history of delivering and we intend to fulfil our commitments to you

Frazer and Spook

Not the first time this has happened, my mate gave up chasing his refund for cancelling entry to the World 24hr champs they hosted, £200 gone.

I never got replies from them about a few things.

Thanks for that. Seems I've theoretically missed the boat for the voucher but I'll try them on Facebook instead of email.

I had heard that they're bloody awful in situations like this before but I haven't had to get in touch with them in about a decade of doing their events.
