i just use normal lithium grease from motor factors, never had an probs

Being specific you could use something like Rock and Roll Super web grease which was designed to work in bearings that only rotate a small ammount (like headsets and suspension bearings) by forming a web of grease between the bearings rather than sitting between them.
In reality anything will probably work well enough.
