[Closed] What do I use for carbon seatpost in alu frame?

As it says above please oh wise and knowledgeable STW......I've always steered away from carbon bits...and I have a carbon post now that needs something applying to it as I'm guessing dry carbon against seat tube will lead to seizure or snappage/wear.
