I've got a set of Switch hubs from Superstar with standard QR on the rear, I need a new skewer and am looking at these:

They say they're for oversized 10mm hubs, I thought standard rear hubs are 10mm???
You can fit te 10mm axle but you will need the 10mm hub converter.
these replace the QR so you need a hole in the hub that is bigger than a normal QR hub.
Rear hubs are 10mm but the bit that the QR goes through so you would need adapters for the hub that take the larger 10mm skewer.
I've got the superstar 10mm axle on my Boardman hardtail.
It is a heavy lump, but must be loads stronger than a standard QR.
