Riding along happily, before BANG (yes, it was dramatic) chain snapped and the top half of the chain guide - blackspire der guide - had split vertically and mangled slightly.. Any idea? Chain aside, that's a bloody expensive mishap and it was all set up properly and had been running smoothly for a few months.
