A chums lad is in need of some off road wheels. The budget is a rung above Halfrauds/Decathlon.

A mates lad had a 650b wheeled Decathlon bike at about that height. Bit big but the shifters were tbe biggest problem for small hands.

The new Dawes Academy range may have a road bike, seems quite well received. And the Hoy bikes look good.

And there is always tbe second hand Islabike route, see lots of their CX bikes slicked up on the road.

Sorry, I read that as needing "road" wheels 😳

My reply probably still stands, plenty of second hand 24" wheeled bikes on eBay from the major brands. My lad had a Spesh for £100 off here when he was that height.
