Snow Roads 300km. Best rides I've ever done. Long way to travel for you, but it's worth the trip.

Just realized I'm cycling across the country twice. Out and back to North Lincs and the Severn.

Snow Roads is a toughie.

It's going to be brilliant again - best cake catered event ever! ๐Ÿ™‚

I have not done a audax since the Brian Chapman 600 in 1999

Never ever again I have never suffered so much in my life Chepstow to Anglesea 300k in 16 hours the return was hell

Popping my cherry with the Charnwood in the Spring ride on 3rd April - only 103km, but looks like 6 of us audax virgins are giving it a go

A few riding buddies and myself are popping our audax cherry in April with a 100km Charnwood In The Spring ride.
Looks a bit tame though compared to the distances your doing. ๐Ÿ™

Too late! Swadey beat me to it ๐Ÿ™‚

The main event will be the Still Seething 600, as well as quite a few 100's and 200's

Yeah, and don't forget to grow a set of mudguards and a dynamo hub as well ๐Ÿ˜‰

Probably do the Dartmoor Devil, but not attempting to qualify for the Paris-Brest-Paris this year, although oldgit looks like he might make it there ๐Ÿ™‚

Not going for a PBP, just an SR. I wanted to do a good 400, and I'll be doing 200 and 300s so I might as well do the 600.

Doing the full SR but not doing the PBP???

.. Thats like being excessively flagellated by a busty dominatrix but not reaching orgasm ๐Ÿ˜‰

Philby - definitely no beards, mudguards or mapboards required for the LVIS Audax. What suits you is fine by us.

I thought this was a MTB forum.
Audax?
Does not commute. (if you see the irony)

It's a forum for people who like mtbing. Luckily that doesn't limit most of us to just that one type of cycling ๐Ÿ˜‰
