Apart from however many pairs of their size of Terraduro they can find, before all the final stocks run out?

Picked up the new Ventana a few months back, loving them so far. Fit is better for me than the Terraduro and the Boa dial is ace, look awesome too, It's exactly what I wanted after beating my Terraduro's to death over 5 years, any slight niggles I had have been sorted on the Ventana. Tried both the Fastlace and the Boa before buying, the Boa is well worth the extra.

That's a good question....

I tracked down a final pair of black EU43.... when they turned up there was only one shoe in the box 😭 refunded.

Went a bit more XC race shoe and have brought a Shimano XC701. Very stiff (9), double Boa, Michelin sole. 3 rides in so still breaking them in, fit & adjustment is fantastic, definitely not so hike a bike as a Terraduro but I knew that and (I think) the XC701 suits my main riding more. I notice the greater stiffness in a good way when climbing / laying down (my limited) power, a bit clip cloppy from the cleat when walking but the sole feels quiet and grippy, and stiff.

Fair dos, they really do seem to be lasting well. Just added a small dab of glue to the sole front of one of mine, but otherwise they've taken a fair beating over three years so far. Hopefully whatever they replace with, will live up to the Terraduro's toughness. Just need to size up!

nothing until they wear out, which doesn't look like any time soon

I bought some Ventanas recently too but be aware that the fit and shape is not the same as the Terra, in my opinion. Good shoes but a different fit/shape. I'll probably sell mine on actually... (46)

I'm in a similar boat. I'm looking at a pair of Shimano ME5 shoes for mostly trail/XC riding. Possibly the 2019 version as they're discounted in some places online, although not by much.
