My last Jenson order arrived before my crc and wiggle orders placed on the same day. Never paid tax, but only done low value orders.

very good IME but pricey carriage charge and they put the true value on the customs form.

Don't want to sound annoying .. but search in the forum thread this question is asked pretty much EVERY week. MR MC has bought a few bits from Jenson USA but going to let you do the research and find our yourself whether or not you pay import tax 😉

Spring for my Pikes came from Jenson. No tax. Arrived in time for my next MTB ride so no issues. Bought from them cos they had some in stock but there appeared to be non in the UK

I'd use again if I needed to but would probably look at the usual suspects in the UK and Europe first to be honest.
