I've seen this ebay seller before and been tempted. His feedback seems good and after all Taiwan is where most quality bike bits are made.
The shocks looks like great value.

They're probably leftover OEM versions; a company builds 975 bikes but ordered 1000 sets of brakes. That's why there are no rotors, boxes, etc. The only issue that I could see is that the hoses might be a custom length (for whatever the intended production bike was) and may possibly be too short for your bike.
