Building up an '04 Kona Stuff today it took me nearly 2 hours, 3 different b/b's, 2 cranksets ( as a double check)and a lot of swearing to get the b/b right. Kona has the b/b down as 68 x 113mm but I eventually got ring clearance/chainline right with a 73 x 118mm with 5mm of spacers on the driveside.
Bike appears to be straight etc. just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same problem 😳
