Surrey Hills on Friday and a local ride through the bluebells today.

Had a good few rides on the new bike now and very happy with it.

Not my pic, but this was us for a 40km Rossendale spin on Sunday morning.

@montylikesbeer I wonder whether I possibly passed you on the cycle route out of Irwell Vale at maybe 1245ish? There was a fella pulling his glove off to take a picture as I passed, and I thought "hmm, nice Sonder, that". A little while later I thought "egads, I think I recognise that Sonder from STW!".

Did the Borrowdale Bash with Buttermere bonus loop in what would best be described as mixed conditions.

Friday afternoon and most of Saturday and all day Sunday were spent like this

New fence panels creosoted, then topping and tidying the leylandii which had run wild since we moved in here.

As a reward i treated myself to a day off work yesterday to go ride Cannock Chase with some friends

Keeping the Aberdeenshire theme going. I stitched together a loop to do on the gravel bike from bridge of Alford (with a bit of help from Komoot).

I was on my own (I'm far right on my weekend picture above) riding a purple/indigo NS hardtail, green helmet, and probably a big grin 😀

Next time I spot your bike I will have to stop and say hi. Most weekends see me doing at least one traverse of that cycleroute.
