[Closed] Wedges for wonky knees. Where to get them fitted in the NW?

With a history of knee problems, it's time to try something like wedges on my SPD's.

I have one knee that constantly flares out whilst pedaling, I can feel that the outside of my sole is not supported. Is it worth risking buying a set and trial and error? I have a leg length issue too, and I think 'cos I ride a hardtail and not FS that could be sorted too....

Anywhere to try around Manchester area?

have you thought about a "fit" session as these symptoms can be
caused by other areas being incorrect. I used to drop the left
knee in but that turned out to be a low and forward saddle rather
than the foot !!!!

agree..a proper "bike fit" session should help you out and is much kinder on the stomach than painkillers
