[Closed] Waste of carbon fibre

Finally had to bin my USE carbon alien after 12 years of my fat arse sitting on it; one of the clamp pieces has cracked and I can't blame it. 188g or something it was, albeit in 27.2mm

So I looked for the previous Ritchey post I had which is longer at 400mm and 31.6 but it weighs a huge 294g. A comparable Alien is just over 200g quoted. Ok whatever, but whilst looking for that I also found a cheap Bontrager alu post that came on an old Gary Fisher that is the same size and only 276g.

Make an effort, Ritchey!
