Was I the only one ...

[Closed] Was I the only one who found it roasting hot in the Lakes today?

Every biker who passed me round Ambleside/Hawkshead area today was clad in leggings or knee warmers, arm warmers and a gilet.

WTF?! I was sweating like a rapist in just shorts and t-shirt! Maybe if you were up some proper big hills it could have been chilly, but not round where I was today!

Yeah maybe should have made the most of a great day to get some altitude, but I had a fun time. Best two descents of the day were at the end, then an ice cream before catching the ferry. Very civilised.

And your path over Claife was, shall we say, interesting to begin with! The descent down to join the BW was very good though ๐Ÿ™‚

Got caught up in some Langdale Marathon. Lots of running totty wearing next to nothing, Simon ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah, Langdale Marathon and Half Marathon today. It's one hell of a tough course that!

Yeah, I went on a ride to pick my car up after a 'massive' night out and ended up sweating just like one of those paedophiles in a kids playground

Am I supposed to be looking at the scenery or checking out the girl? ๐Ÿ˜•

Most of my photos from today aren't up to much. Should have just left the camera at home! Might air them if you post yours up in a thread later in the week.
