[Closed] Warranty Q - who do I go to: Cube or SRAM?

[#6927602]

I bought a Cube Stereo HPC in December from Surosa Cycles, who've since closed down.

My Reverb has developed an issue which I want to get sorted under warranty, but given I can't take it back to the shop who's problem is it - Cube's or SRAM's (via Fisher presumably)?

Anyone had similar experience?

Cheers.

Its cube's issue to deal with since the dealer is gone.

Phone Fishers and talk nicely to them. Not sure who the warranty now falls to but Fishers have a good reputation for helping out where they can

That's what I thought.

I've emailed the local Cube dealer to see if they can help, although I doubt they're under any obligation.
