Anyone ever used these? Just been given a set to try and they look decent, tread pattern looks well enough thought out and not some random half arsed clump of nobs in a backwards fashion in a Continental stylee! Not weighed 'em. Thought I'd read decent enough things a while back about Geax tyres (re-branded to Vittoria now) but I'm maybe making it up in my head... Google only gives back one review.

Don't know but I've been eyeing them up for my next set of tyres (to be used in the place of X-Kings), I've heard plenty of good comments about geax mtb tyres and the vittoria XG is my go-to cyclocross tyre, so I would expect pretty good things!

Let us know how you get on!

Not used peyotes but been very happy with the Vittoria saguaro I've fitted recently, been racing in South Africa last week and the 29er version is very popular here so a vote for Vittoria

Well, one race in and these are certainly no worse than some S-Works The Captains I had on previously! Couldn't weigh 'em but in the uber scientific hand held test......they feel about the same...sidewalls feel a little thicker on these and they're certainly robust after I rode them down a one climb/one descent XC course at the weekend with a rear flat! Not sure what caused the flat as the tube was obviously trashed but I thought the tyre felt soft after lap 2, not sure. Rim tape was wrecked after the valve snapped off inside the rim a done its best impression of a hole punch!
