The start is quite hard to explain if you don't know the area, its not a marked trail and is actually a few miles down the valley from Afan Argoed Country Park...

Looks to be drying out nicely from last week.Are the tree's still across the trail in the top section?

Has anyone done the jump at speed down the long steep run before the switch backs?

Colin, you're pretty much the owner of the mast trails aren't you?
They look sweet in the vids.

The best way with cheeky trails. Is it better to find the end and push up it? Where is the end?

@backhander
I can't take any credit for the Farside trail thats pretty much been done by steve and Jason but i've spoken to the forestry to act as a point of contact so we can keep the trail open ๐Ÿ™‚

@buzz-lightyear
You can do that but its also difficult to explain where it ends, your best bet is to tag a ride with someone doing it, shouldn't be that hard these days people seem to be riding it virtually all the time ๐Ÿ™‚
we are out most sundays if you ever wanna tag along to find stuff like this.
