I called them up yesterday afternoon as I'd broken the barrel adjsuter in my X9 shifter. I'd already been to 3 other bike shops that day and none of them were any help (including the very prominent Two Wheels). I was expecting them not to have one in but to my surprise and delight they had one which they nabbed off a broken shifter. £3 for that and a couple of cable end stops which was very reasonable.
I tried to sort it out last night as I thought I had a spare cable but needless to say, I didn't. 🙁 So a saturday morning club ride missed.
I went back in this morning for a couple of cables and also some cable cutters. They stocked some XLC ones that were on £20 and are exactly the same as pedros ones which cost £30.
Overall, the customer service and attitude was great and I'll be going back. Good bike shops deserve being talked about.
