The nearest outside velodrome I'm aware of is in Dundee.
Anything north of that?

Scotland has a lot of grass track racing in the summer, try that

Not holding my breath on that. I heard they'd lost a big chunk of potential funding. Hard to see how it would be viable but maybe they know something I don't.

The Inverness one is a long way off yet.
It's got to be proper hard surface not path unfortunately. Plenty of the latter around my area at this time of year.

What do you want to do, because outdoor tracks and indoor are quite different. For the true velodrome experience go to Glasgow.
