Your last correspondence 5 days ago says you were called away unexpectedly, so you couldn't post the goods I have paid you for, fair enough. But I have tried twice to contact you to ask when I will receive them.
No joy.
I paid for the the cycle clothing 11 days ago, can you tell me when I will receive it?
